Abroad / Rangitoto and Sky Tower
May 17 was our last day in Auckland, and in New Zealand. We were able to choose different islands to tour, so my group of friends and I decided to boat out to Rangitoto, the dormant volcano and hike to the top and explore in the lava tubes.

Walking on a dormant volcano was a dream. I've long been fascinated with rocks and the process it takes to create land and crawling inside lava tubes was unbelievable.
I never expected a place to affect me as deeply as New Zealand has. It has changed my life.
